Expected duration: Ongoing Rasi Solutions, a women-led IT services company, is hiring a freelance sales and lead generation specialist to support our business development activities.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can help identify potential clients, initiate outreach, and pass on qualified leads to our internal team for follow-up. This project is paid on a fixed weekly rate, with the option for performance bonuses based on successful client engagement.
Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify 15–20 potential clients weekly (startups, SMEs, etc.) • Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, or other platforms • Qualify potential leads and schedule introduction calls for our core team • Submit a weekly report of outreach efforts and lead status
Deliverables Expected Weekly: • A minimum of 15 researched, relevant business leads • At least 3 qualified leads interested in Rasi Solutions’ services • Lead tracking sheet with status updates

Required Skills: • Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or outreach • Excellent written and spoken English • Familiarity with CRMs or outreach tools is a plus • Understanding of the IT services space is preferred
