We are developing a new warehouse facility in the UK and require a qualified draughtsman / construction engineer / architectural technician with experience in insulated wall and roof cladding (EPS/PIR) to carry out detailed work based on our steel frame structure. You will be provided with: • A 3D IFC file of the full steel frame structure • Panel types (EPS/PIR) and thicknesses • Total m² for roof and wall panels • Supplier requirements and shipping restrictions (max 11.9m panel length for 40HC containers) What we need from you: ✅ Deliverables: • Cladding Cutting List • Calculate and list the required panel lengths after splitting oversized panels to meet shipping container limits. • Include overlap allowances and how many pieces of each length are needed for: • Roof panels (original length 14.7–15m) • Wall panels (height ~8–9m) • Output: Excel or tabulated format showing length, type, and quantity. • Connection Detail Drawings • Provide clear cladding connection drawings to show how panels will be fixed to the steel structure. • Indicate fastening details, overlaps, edge connections, and any support brackets if needed. • Flashing & Trimming Drawings • Based on the structure, create drawings with bending angles and dimensions for any flashing or trimming accessories. • Ensure fabrication-ready precision (drawings should suit Chinese manufacturing standards).
