I’m looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to become a long-term extension of our team and run several client accounts end-to-end.
What you’ll do: - Plan and publish platform-native content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest). - Research trends and craft engaging copy / visuals—leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic, etc.) to speed up ideation. - Execute daily community management: replies, DMs, comment moderation and meaningful engagement to grow authentic followings. - Develop and optimise paid/boosted posts (nice-to-have). - Report weekly on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and suggest data-driven improvements. - Juggle multiple brand voices and content calendars without missing deadlines.
What you bring: - Proven track record managing 3+ social channels simultaneously—please share examples or case studies. - Up-to-date knowledge of best-practice posting cadence, hashtag strategy, audio trends, Reels/short-form video, and social-first design. - Comfortable experimenting with—and critiquing—AI-generated images, copy and video to keep content fresh. - Strong English writing skills, attention to detail, and an eye for clean design (basic Canva/Adobe a plus). - Reliable communication and availability for a quick weekly check-in.
Engagement & budget - This is an ongoing role (6-12 months minimum) with an initial paid trial.
Budget listed can be altered based on commitment; please include your hourly or monthly rate and typical output.
