We seek an experienced software tester to evaluate the functionality and reliability of a new web application under development. As the sole tester initially engaged for this project, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to methodically evaluate all features and capabilities based on predefined requirements. Comprehensive documentation of testing methods and results will be expected. Experience with web technologies, database integration, and responsive design is preferred.
The role will commence with an initial one month contract to test core application features and functionality. Payment for the first month of work will be $200. Subsequent contract extensions and compensation increases will be determined based on testing output quality, thoroughness of documentation, ability to identify issues, and value added through recommendations.
