We operate a WordPress-based job board where users can apply for roles directly through the site. We’re looking for a skilled WordPress developer to make a small but important improvement to the admin panel (under the “Candidates” section).
We need the ability for admin users to manually control visibility of certain fields on a candidate’s application (such as name, contact details, etc.) after they’ve applied.
This involves: • Adding a simple interface (e.g. checkboxes or toggles) within the admin panel • Enabling admin users to show or hide specific information on a candidate’s profile or application view • Saving these choices so they persist in the system
The logic that powers how this information is displayed is already in place — we just need a manual override added to the admin panel.
⸻
Requirements: • Experience with WordPress admin panel customization • Understanding of user roles, post meta/custom fields • Clean, modular coding approach • Ability to work with minimal disclosure of core functionality (we’ll provide more details upon project start)
⸻
Deliverables: • Admin panel control to manage visibility of candidate information • Updated UI/UX in the “Candidates” section • Integration with existing logic (details to be shared upon hire) • Quick guide or documentation for future admin users
