Requirements: - Experience in talent sourcing and recruiting. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to assess candidates quickly and effectively. - Established network on LinkedIn, particularly with software engineers worldwide. - Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. - Comfortable conducting and recording virtual interviews.
