Expected duration: Ongoing I’m looking for a reliable, emotionally intelligent assistant to support engagement and sales messaging on a private subscription-based platform. This is a discreet, behind-the-scenes role focused on high-quality, conversational writing.
You’ll be responding to fans using warm, playful, emotionally engaging messages. The tone is flirty, confident, and consistent with my brand voice—but it’s not scripted or robotic. You’ll be helping maintain long-term relationships, support upsells, and drive digital content sales in a subtle and natural way.
This is an ongoing, part-time role with regular hours and room to grow if it’s a good fit.
What You’ll Do: Write personal, conversational replies to fans in real time Use saved replies, notes, and tone guides to match the creator’s voice Handle soft sales messaging (customs, bundles, tips) Tag or track key fans and content requests Flag anything that needs direct input or sensitive handling
You’d Be a Good Fit If You: Have excellent written English and communication skills Can write in a flirty, emotionally aware, non-cringe way Are discreet, mature, and comfortable working in private brand spaces Are reliable and available 3 evenings/week (UK time preferred) Bonus: experience in creative writing, virtual assistant roles, or customer engagement
