I'm looking for an experienced web designer to help design a new website for my small business. The site needs to have 2-3 dynamic pages including a homepage, about page and services/products page. Key features required are a modern clean design, responsive layout optimized for desktop and mobile, integrated shopping cart functionality and user login capabilities.
The designer should have proven skills in HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is preferred but not required. The goal is to create an intuitive and visually appealing website that clearly presents our company and offerings. User experience should be top priority with fast load times and intuitive navigation.
The project involves an initial requirements gathering and site map creation phase. The designer will then produce 2 conceptual design mockups for review before finalizing the design. Site content will be provided by my team but the designer may need to create placeholder text for mockup development. Once approved, the designer will code and build out all pages according to the agreed upon design.
Unit testing and fixing any bugs will be included prior to launch. Ongoing support and maintenance is not required after launch but may be negotiated separately if needed.
