I’m looking for someone to help with UK planning permission drawings, specifically for householder planning applications and building regulations. The planning drawings must include:
Existing and Proposed Floor Plans Existing and Proposed Elevations Site Plan (1:200 or 1:500 scale) Location Plan (1:1250 scale)
These drawings must meet the standards required by UK local planning authorities.
Due to several bad experiences in the past with architects and engineers unfamiliar with UK requirements—and in some cases not delivering at all—we can only offer payment upon completion of the work. Of course, we’re happy to work with professionals from outside the UK, provided you're confident with UK planning expectations and okay with the payment arrangement.
