Skills Needed:
✔ Architectural Design Assistance – Collaborate on modern residential concepts (space planning, façade design, material selection).
✔ 3D Modeling & Rendering – Create photorealistic visuals (SketchUp/Revit + V-Ray/Enscape).
✔ Technical Drawings – Assist in refining floor plans, sections, and construction details.
✔ Design Development – Adapt sketches/mood boards into 3D models with materiality and lighting.
✔ Presentation Prep – Produce client-ready renders and diagrams.
Requirements:
Portfolio showing both design work and high-quality renders.
Fast, precise, and responsive to feedback.
Fluent in English (communication is key).
