Expected duration: Ongoing We are a four-star boutique coastal hotel in Devon currently using Mailchimp to send out weekly newsletters. We are open to switching to an alternative platform such as Klaviyo and considering implementing text messages and flows if suitable for a hotel. We are also looking for ways to increase our use of newsletter readers.
