Key Features: Admin Access (via mobile app and web-based panel):
Manage apartment owners and their shares
Enter and update common expenses
Automatically calculate how much each owner owes (based on Excel logic we provide)
Track who has paid and who hasn’t
Send monthly reminders (notifications or email)
Export data to Excel / pdf
Apartment Owner Access (mobile only):
View their personal sheet and dues
See payment status and receive reminders
Clean and user-friendly interface
Must support both Greek and English (I will provide Greek translations)
Requirements (Skills Needed): Must be able to create apps for both Android and iOS
Should also create a web-based admin panel for managing data
Experience with apps that work like Excel (formulas, automatic calculations)
Ability to build clean, easy-to-use screens for both admins and apartment owners
