We are seeking a skilled human resources specialist recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
As our recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic sourcing plans, researching potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and spearheading our ongoing talent pipeline efforts. In addition, you will partner closely with our internal HR and business leaders to understand open roles and qualifications.
Strong communication, time management, and relationship building abilities are essential as you will represent our brand to both active and passive job seekers. Proficiency with an ATS and expertise in using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to find qualified professionals is expected. Negotiation and candidate coaching will also be part of your role.
The successful applicant must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal skills. Proactive problem-solving, flexibility to changing needs, and commitment to our company culture and values are equally important. Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or business is required. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
