About the Role:
I'm looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take over content distribution and audience growth for my personal brand across Instagram (@aaron_branch) and other platforms.
I currently have more high-quality content than I’m able to distribute — and I need someone organised, creative, and action-driven to turn that content into daily reach, engagement, and leads.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Posting Daily: 6 posts per week (mainly Reels) with smart scheduling and consistency (no auto posting tools).
Minor Video Editing: Light trimming, minor enhancements to optimize Reels for best performance.
Caption Writing: Craft captions that match my tone of voice and maximize engagement.
Strategy
Multi-Platform Distribution: Primary focus on Instagram, with strategic reposting to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn where appropriate.
Community Management: Responding to comments and DMs to drive deeper audience connection and lead flow where relevant. (booked call links etc)
Lead Generation Mindset: Not just posting for views — but aiming to attract and nurture leads for my business.
Performance Reporting: Tracking engagement, reach, saves, and leads generated. Weekly Reports
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience managing personal brands or influencer-style accounts.
Strong portfolio of Reels with high engagement metrics.
Ability to understand and adapt tone of voice and content purpose.
Knowledge of Instagram growth tactics and lead-generation strategies.
Highly organized — able to plan, schedule, and manage without needing micromanagement.
Familiarity with light video editing apps (e.g., CapCut)
Proactive attitude: Suggesting improvements, new trends to jump on, etc.
Immediate start — I’m ready to move quickly.
