We’re an e-commerce brand offering innovative silicone face, body, and scalp scrubbers known for their antibacterial, exfoliating, and rejuvenating benefits. We’re in the early stages of building our brand and are looking for a social media marketing specialist with a proven track record of helping new brands thrive through paid social media advertising.
We need an expert who can:
Create and manage high-converting ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Develop click-worthy ad content and guide us on the best practices for ad creatives. Optimise ad performance to ensure a strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide strategic advice on content creation or handle content creation for our ads. Demonstrate a clear ability to turn ad spend into measurable revenue (e.g., if we spend X, we see Y in return).
Your Expertise: Extensive experience in social media advertising for e-commerce brands, especially startups. A strong understanding of ad targeting, audience segmentation, and analytics to drive results. Creative skills to craft engaging, scroll-stopping ad visuals and copy. Proven success in scaling brands and delivering a positive ROAS. Knowledge of skincare or personal care industries is a plus but not essential.
Our Goals: Build brand awareness. Drive traffic to our website and convert clicks into sales. Establish a reliable and scalable paid advertising strategy.
