Expected duration: Ongoing We’re looking for a reliable and skilled WordPress Developer to join us for ongoing work/collaboration. Our company has a portfolio of websites, and we need someone to help with regular updates, maintenance, and the development of new sites.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate who can deliver quality work consistently. Responsibilities: • Update and maintain our existing WordPress websites • Design and develop new websites as needed • Optimize website performance and security • Troubleshoot and fix any WordPress-related issues • Implement design changes, plugins, and custom functionalities • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
Requirements: • Proven experience in WordPress development • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL • Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg • Ability to customize themes and develop custom plugins • Knowledge of SEO best practices and site speed optimization • Familiarity with website security measures • Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred but Not Required: • Experience with WooCommerce, Membership plugins, or custom API integrations • Familiarity with Git version control • UI/UX design skills
