The overarching goal is to establish an extensible platform allowing for the creation of multiple virtual representatives. Each will be tailored to a specific organization or campaign through a tailored knowledge base. Successful applicants will design a flexible solution capable of natural conversations across mediums to assist diverse clients in connecting with new prospective customers.
