Key requirements include syncing product data between my store and social platforms, automatically posting engaging content to platforms daily, and monitoring all channels for engagement and messages to provide timely support. APIs will likely feature for platforms like Shopify, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Flexibility to add more platforms or functionality later as needs evolve is important.
Security, reliability and scalability are top priorities as my business expands. The system should run efficiently in the background without disrupting normal operations. Straightforward admin interfaces for non-technical users to manage workflows and content would be ideal.
