Knowledge of social media management tools, graphic design software and email marketing platforms is essential for this role. Strong writing and communication skills coupled with creative flair will help produce impactful posts and emails. The freelancer must be able to manage multiple tasks, meet publishing schedules and suggest new ideas to engage the target audience.
