Description:	I seek the skillful production of a digital three-dimensional rendering from an existing two-dimensional architectural layout. The objective is to translate the static floorplan schematic into an interactive and highly visualized virtual model. The prospective candidate must demonstrate proven expertise in either AutoCAD Revit or SketchUp software to bring this 2D blueprint configuration into the third dimension. Familiarity with technical drafting and building design principles is essential for accurately replicating room dimensions, doorway placements, window locations and other structural elements as delineated on the paper draft. Textures, lighting effects and various display perspectives must also be realistically portrayed. Upon completion, the immersive 3D environment should closely resemble what would be constructed from these schematic instructions yet allow fluid virtual navigation for evaluation purposes. The finished digital design file, whether in Revit, SketchUp or other common industry format, is to be provided for reviewing and approving the 3D rendition compared to the 2D schematic on which it is based. Attention to precise replication of measured specifications and contextual design intentions as communicated on the 2D drawing is paramount.
