We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to create labels for our new line of beverage blends and food products. The labels should have a clean, modern aesthetic that conveys the high quality and luxury expressions of our products. The designer should be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop to design the labels from scratch as flat art files that can be printed directly or converted into PDFs for flexible packaging applications. Strong typographic skills are essential to craft compelling headers and nutrition facts panels. We require at least three conceptual designs per product (we are launching with three SKUs) for review and feedback prior to finalization. Once approved, the designer will be tasked with making any minor adjustments and delivering high-resolution print-ready art files along with all source files and fonts used. Knowledge of file preparation for commercial printers is preferable. The goal of this project is to have visually appealing labels ready for our first production run within four weeks. Candidates should have a proven track record in designing labels and packaging for food or beverage companies and be comfortable taking creative direction. Portfolio examples demonstrating relevant experience and aesthetic sensibilities are highly encouraged.
