When a tenant sends an email regarding a maintenance issue, they should automatically receive a response with a link to an online form.
2. Online Form Design: The form should:
Capture essential fields: Tenant's Name Tenant's Email Address Tenant's Phone Number Location of the Maintenance Issue (e.g., kitchen, bathroom) Detailed Description of the Maintenance Issue File Upload Field for images or videos (mandatory to complete). Ensure all fields are mandatory. Prevent submission until all required fields are completed.
3. Automated Reference Number Generation:
Upon successful form submission, tenants should receive a unique reference number for their maintenance issue. This reference number must be: Automatically updated on the backend Google Sheet alongside all other submitted form data. Included on the downloadable PDF work order created for the contractors.

Once the form data is logged into the Google Sheet, the system should automatically generate a downloadable PDF work order. The work order must include: All details submitted by the tenant. The unique reference number. The PDF should be formatted for easy sharing with contractors.
