We seek a skilled data professional to update and organize our contact database in preparation for a new CRM system implementation. As an international management consulting firm based in Oslo, Norway, we maintain close relationships with over one thousand contacts, clients and partners worldwide. Our existing contact information resides in a disorganized Excel sheet that requires thorough vetting and structuring prior to migration.
The selected freelancer will be responsible for validating all contact entries, sourcing missing information, standardizing fields and formats, categorizing records by region and industry, and identifying and resolving any duplicates or inconsistencies. Organization of the data is paramount, as the CRM system relies on clear classification and dedicated fields for searchability and reporting.
