Invoicing and Payments: The ability to generate and manage invoices for hosting services, including options for monthly or yearly subscriptions. 3. Renewal and Reminder Emails: Automated email notifications for hosting renewals, last-minute reminders, and confirmation of successful payments. 4. Subscription Management: A system to handle monthly and yearly subscriptions, with seamless management for upgrades, cancellations, and adjustments. 5. Cancellation Notifications: When a customer cancels, the system should notify the admin team to disable the website, ensuring efficient handling of cancellations. 6. Price Adjustments: Easy-to-use functionality to adjust hosting prices due to inflation or other factors, without requiring customers to re-register. 7. Additional Products and Services: The flexibility to add and manage other products (e.g., social media marketing), charge for them monthly or yearly, and set up notifications specific to those products. 8.
