Core Functionalities • Client Management: o Registration of client data (education, work history, subsidies). o Progress tracking with date and time-stamped notes. o Exportable client reports (PDF/Word format). • Agenda & Scheduling: o Automated scheduling of tasks based on predefined workflows. o Manual adjustments and notifications for upcoming tasks. • Document Management: o Uploading and organizing files within client profiles. o Generating new documents using pre-designed Word templates. • Email Integration: o Sending emails directly from the platform. o Storing incoming emails in client or project files. • Reporting Tools: o Custom selection and export of data for reports. o Visual summaries of key metrics (graphs, charts). 2.
