Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, including managing retainer payments for external talent, to maximize efficiency and return on investment. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing strategy and project management. Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in sourcing and managing freelance or contract professionals. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, content management systems, analytics tools). Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience in a managerial role within a marketing or related field. Basic knowledge of landing page development, email marketing, and video production.
