Key Responsibilities: • Conduct interviews with our customers to gather essential insights and testimonials. • Write 4-5 concise, one-page case studies that effectively communicate the value of our services. • Ensure each case study is visually appealing, balancing text and imagery. • Collaborate with our team to ensure alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives. • Revise and refine content based on feedback to ensure clarity, impact, and engagement. Requirements: • Proven experience as a copywriter, with a portfolio of concise, impactful writing, particularly in case studies or similar projects. • Excellent interviewing and communication skills to extract key information. • Ability to create compelling narratives that engage potential customers. • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, visually appealing work. • Familiarity with the commercial cleaning industry is a plus, though not required.
