Expected duration: More than 6 months I am in need of a hr admin person to assist with interviewing tutors, screening applications, on boarding and training. You will also ensure employment application is filled correctly and email references to complete reference form. You will ensure candidates hired submit all their required paper work prior to orientation/ training and ensure that all onboarding procedures are followed. Preferable with experience in education sector. Please provide work history samples. Also responsible for scheduling sessions with parents and tutors and also modifying any sessions and being a point of contact for rescheduling. Will also be trained in company's products and services and also available to complete student intake forms and sign up clients. Some sales and marketing calls are required and also any experience with email marketing blasts will be preferred/ You will also be responsible for reminding clients and tutors of weekly sessions via email and texts. You will also match tutors to available students based on data sheet provided and ensure that the closest tutor by zip code who is competent in that subject is matched to student. You will also communicate with tutor to match student and share tutor information with client and client information with tutor once matched.
