Hi, we are a very specialised paid marketing agency, running paid media campaigns for some great e-commerce names. We are currently looking for support in our team handling Paid Social (mainly Facebook / Instagram), from someone with great platform skills & expertise, good e-commerce experience, and able to speak Spanish + English.

As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a full funnel marketing strategy on Paid Social channels with the goal of acquiring and retaining customers at scale efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be leading the development of innovative and effective paid social campaigns, covering everything from planning and setup to execution, analysis, and optimisation. We need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, blending strong analytical skills with a keen appreciation for creative strategy in paid social marketing.
Responsibilities :
Account Management : - Lead end-to-end management of Paid Social campaigns, ensuring seamless development, execution, and optimisation of campaigns. - Produce insightful reports and measure campaign success against predefined KPIs. - Optimise creative and tactics for a full funnel approach - Stay at the forefront of creative trends and incorporate rising trends quickly
Team Management: - Contribute to team development and training efforts, promoting a culture of growth and learning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvement.
Client Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic guidance.
Skills and experiences important for this role :
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in paid social marketing in-house or at an agency. - Strong understanding of the Paid Social landscape within an ecommerce and/or retail context, with a focus on achieving strong ROAS. - Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude. - High level of experience with and passion for Paid Social creative strategy, from ideation to execution and reporting. - Genuine passion for the digital advertising industry and a drive to stay abreast of emerging trends. - Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential; - Effective communicator comfortable interacting with clients and team members alike. - Data-driven with a creative mind.
