I need help with publishing and distributing my podcast "The Security Cloud":

I've recorded and published the first five episodes myself, and now have a better understanding of how the process works and where I need help. It's currently hosted on Spotify for Podcasters, and distributed to Apple via RSS feed, and then I upload a video to YouTube. I use Riverside to record (video).
I'd like to up my game a little bit and establish a formal process for publishing, distributing and promoting the podcast. I also want to write down a handbook that lays out the exact steps from recording to promoting and analyzing.
Short term, I also want to move away from Spotify for Podcasters to Transistor.fm for hosting. I will continue doing the recording and writing the summary, since the summary requires specific industry knowledge
Broadly, I need help with introducing all the best practices to drive up my audience and establish a system to publish.
Specifically, I need help with:
- edit the recording for publication
- add trailers
- publish always at the same time
- distribute show to various podcasting platforms incl. YouTube
- create a transcript
- create clips and write summaries for the clips
- distribute clips on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- getting our guests to distribute clips / podcast
- getting more ratings
- write a playbook for the whole process
- introduce any best practices that I forgot to mention
