What I need : 1-A program to detect a plate car for every car will enter the Garage using any camera , such as (dahua,Sony,Panasonic,hikvision) , Usb or Network camera any detect will go to database sql server. 2-Source code : will be C# or Python(with explain more details a bout code) , I prefer C#. 3-For training Plate Car Egypt's Images , you can see this example : https://github.com/AymanAzzam/Egyptian-Licence-Plate-Detector you will able to make the software faster because already the training is very good + you can improv that to be able accept any image. 4-Just need two screen for this software: -First :Setting to enter : provider of camera (ip or local ) + connecting to sql dynamic :ip+user name ,password DB Name . -Second one :Chose a camera showing using tool " image" live and textbox for every car enter garage will show in textbox the number and character , after that save it to DB . Requirement : 1-Some one able to make this project no mistake and high performance with clean code . 2-Must have similar project like that . 3-Dead line for finishing this project in 10 days or less . 4-Max budget for this project 425$ . 5-Must test first the project at least 1 days to maximum 3 days .
