Description:	UK BASED ONLY I've developed an API (as a middleware, ASP .NET Core) to get photos stored in SQL Database and accessible from a URL. But for HMPO, we need to implement the JWT token with public key. So, HMPO can retrieve the photo by authenticating with provided public key. (for online UK Passport Application) HMPO documentation it listed as. "Implement the secure web token to restrict photo retrieval to HMPO only. HMPO use a JWS (JSON Web Signature) in the Authorization header, signed with our private key that can be authenticated using our published public key. The ‘sub’ in the JWS token is the HTTPS URL of the photo code and can be checked."
