We are looking for a part time (3 days a week) ASP.NET and React.js developer to be responsible for providing 3rd line support for a server application. The responsibilities required for this role include writing code, updating code, implementing changes, improving functionality, and packaging all these changes into a software installer. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, high-quality coding skills, and the ability to manage your workload efficiently. You should have superior knowledge of software development and have a good logical knowledge in inventory and call data systems. You should have worked with both Oracle and MS SQL databases. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently or as a team.
Developer Responsibilities:
• Improving overall functionality of server applications.
• Applying patches to server applications.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of user interfaces (UIs) and UI components using React.
• Adding new features and updates to server applications.
• Working as an escalation point for a 1st line support team.
• Using the most updated and appropriate technologies.
• Designing and building application layers.
Developer Requirements:
• Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
• Have a previous 5+ years’ experience as a software developer.
• You should have an understand of inventory applications.
• Extensive working knowledge of coding using .NET languages (C#, VB, .NET).
• Extensive working knowledge of coding using React.js
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework.
• Familiarity with MSSQL Databases.
• Familiarity with Oracle Databases.
• Strong communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
