A multinational company is looking for an expert Scrum Master and backend Developer Expert in the field.
Responsibilities : → Manage entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging → Write clean code to develop functional web applications → Troubleshoot and debug applications → Optimize overall backend and website performance → Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications → Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic → Gather and address technical and design requirements → Provide training and support to internal teams → Build reusable code and libraries for future use → Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features → Follow emerging backend technologies → Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests via a ticketing system → Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur → Help teams implement changes effectively → Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and according to the agreed timeframe at the end of each sprint → Manage a number of teams running projects using SCRUM methodology → Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile and consistently beat deadlines.
Requirements: → Proven work experience as a Back-end developer → In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) → Hands on experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, Asp.net, PHP and Python → Working knowledge of CMS framework → Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS) → Excellent analytical and time management skills → Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude → BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field → Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) → Good knowledge of Agile software → Excellent communication, leadership and persuasion skills → Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability → Excellent organizational skills → Proficiency in English Language (C2 level) → Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
