You will: -Create catchy and interesting visuals for social media advertisements based on our brand identity and unique style -Prepare rough drafts and present new ideas -Develop illustrations, graphics, icons, and other designs using software or by hand -Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic -Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design -Test graphics across various media and on various devices -Amend designs after feedback -Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Your Profile: -Proven graphic designing experience -A strong portfolio of illustrations and visuals specifically for social media ads - please provide it in your application -Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) -Understanding trends in different social media platforms, knowing how to turn a visitor into a customer via social media ads -A keen eye for aesthetics and details -Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus -Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
