Expected duration: Ongoing We are travelwork - a new project that aims to become the #1 resource for travel jobs in the UK. We are slowly preparing to launch, but in the meantime we need to begin populating our basic MVP site with job roles from across the UK.
To do this, we need a highly organised researcher and data entry administrative assistant that can help build the first stage of this project.
Specifically, this will involve: - Compiling and managing a list of ALL potential companies in the travel sector within the UK, including but not limited to airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, transport and many more. This list will be ongoing and constantly updated and improved. - For each company, locating and logging the job/careers page. - Creating a 'Company Page' for each company that has potential jobs listed (if not already done) including a short description, image, uploading logo etc. - Adding specific jobs to the platform, including the title, company, location, job description. This also involves using your common sense to apply specific tags to each listing. For example, assigning a tag such as 'Product', 'Data', 'People' depending on what the job role is.
You'll be using Webflow as the CMS, Google Sheets and/or Airtable to record the data, and ClickUp as our project management tool, so proficiency with these platforms will be beneficial.
We are very early stage, so the fee is £200 pcm. We do not want to be strict about hours, as we really want output and productivity above all else. The way we intend to work is that we will assign a series of tasks each week which we think is fair for between 4-8 hours of work and we can review on a weekly basis.
