This will be my last try. So far, this site has provided no suitable programmers for me at all. I get responses like, "I'm great at what I do" which mean absolutely nothing. I'm interested in hiring someone to take THAT PAGE (Meet My Matches) and use its template to redesign my homepage.

Not exactly. The 4 videos on my homepage are not hard-coded, nor will they be. They come from my back-end and are always changing. We also have the mobile/responsiveness issue to deal with: Are 4 videos really going to look good on mobile? What should we do to take the elements of thisbig page and scale them down or change them to fit mobile? Let's discuss, like normal businesspeople. Do NOT reply if you don't want to plan out what we'd do.
I need someone HIGHLY HIGHLY qualified in what I said above, and in ALL of the following:
(1) Superior design skill, animation, and cosmetics that look amazing on ALL browsers. No mediocrity (2) Excellent PHP skills in v 5.4.13 so you can do what's above and more. My site pulls from backend to show things onscreen (3) Communication. Understand that effectively asking the right questions is important, but that I will NOT know coding language or what plug-in, etc to use. Your job is to show me what options we have and I'll assess from there.
Don't TELL me you're good. Explain the concepts and ideas that can take my current work and translate it well to the new template and mobile.
