Expected duration: Ongoing Hi! This job is to publish content to our social media accounts, daily. I’m looking for an ongoing virtual assistant.
JOB:
The social media accounts I use are: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. I also need someone who is comfortable using Canva and Buffer.
- The majority of the job is scheduling content (links/blog posts etc.) that I have already designed. You will simply need to add some relevant wording to the posts.
Other tasks include:
- Taking images from the website and posting them to social media (1x week). - Lifting quotations from our blog posts and posting them to social media (2x week). - Creating images with overlaid text in Canva (1x week). - Designing a meme (1x fortnight). - Screenshotting good paragraphs from articles on the website and posting them to social media (1x day). - Putting our reviews into an image with the MoneyNerd logo using Canva (1x fortnight). - Finding news articles/blog posts relevant to the company and posting them to social media (4x week). - Adding posts to our instagram stories.
I have designed a Content Calendar on Google Sheets (link below) which details: - What kind of content to post. - When to post it. - Which platform to post it to.
I have also put together a comprehensive Process Document on Google Docs (link below) which talks you through this Calendar, explaining all the different categories of posts I want you to either design or schedule.
I have filled out the Content Calendar up until the 21st October. The Content Calendar will always be filled out two weeks in advance. For the first two weeks, I have provided all of the links, and a lot of the wording. As you get used to the style, I will give you more freedom to find the links and come up with the wording.
CANDIDATE: I’m looking for someone with some experience in social media publishing, who knows how to use Canva and Buffer. Marketing experience is not necessary.
TIMEFRAME: I need you to start immediately, and the job is on-going, at least for the next 12 months.
RATES: The hourly rate listed is £9 per hour. There are 3-4 hours work per week. = £30 per week.
The time required will be towards the higher end of this range to start with, but after a couple of weeks (once you're used to everything) you will easily be able to complete the work in 3 hours.
