I need some help with social media management and marketing. You need to be proficient in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite and Canva.
Tasks may include scheduling in Hootsuite/sharing posts manually on LinkedIn and Instagram, correct use of hashtags, engagement and monitoring, writing copy for social media posts, creating social media graphics in Canva, sourcing content, generating content ideas, creating content calendars and social media plans, social media strategy and goal setting, setting up and running social media ad campaigns, monitoring and reporting of analytics and performance metrics.
You must be highly experienced in social media management and marketing for small businesses and be passionate about helping people grow their business on social media and via online marketing.
You must be a native English speaker and you must possess excellent writing skills, ideally with a flair for copywriting and blogging.
This role will be deadline oriented so it’s critical that you’re reliable and able to complete and deliver work within the set timeframes.
I’m looking for someone who is exceptionally proactive, self-motivated and willing to contribute new ideas.
The work will be on an ad hoc basis at first with the possibility of it developing into more regular work if all goes well. Ideally I am looking for this person to become a social media assistant on a long term basis.
