Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, Youtube Content Creator manager will be an important member of Won Connect CIC Marketing, working within the creative team across the entire video process from initial concept creation to acquisition through editing.

YouTube Content Creator manager who is passionate to join an exciting YouTube Channel and content brand. Savvy in everything social expect to create, grow, generate leads and income and manage our social community across YouTube!
Initially you will be working remotely, you will be expected to attend the meeting on a regular basis via skype or google meet up, with room for some flexibility regarding remote working.
In more detail you will:
Plan content (copy, imagery, videos, memes, tagging) based around an overall editorial calendar. Contribute to scriptwriting and ideation. Create all content and distribute across Facebook, and liaise with social media and digital marketing teams to be distributed via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and website. Edit video content for specific platforms (duration, aspect ratio, captioning). Contribute to the editorial calendar, planning content around key themes and working with the Digital Marketing and Social media team to identify key moments and topics. Schedule all content using a scheduling tool. Post reactive, topical content as required. Reply to comments across all channels inc. Youtube. Coordinate with external agencies for digital & performance marketing to align campaigns with editorial planning. Working closely with these agencies to provide the required content and adapting their strategy based on feedback. Build our opt-in list; generate leads and sale via YouTube; get our YouTube videos ranked on the search engines and get free traffic from Google; promote ClickBank, CJ, Awin affiliate offers / CPA offers on our YouTube videos; Make a plan to get us fast on the YouTube partner program and earn money from having Google AdSense pop up on our videos. Know-how to “The YouTube hijacking strategy involves contacting YouTube video owners that are getting over 30,000 views a month renting their account to promote our content and offers.” Writing YouTube titles and descriptions. Creating YouTube videos using our software (Doodly) and dealing with voiceover. Optimising for search including tagging. Grow channel audiences via engagement and targeted following. Posting comments on YouTube videos relevant to your niche. Uploading video responses to YouTube videos relevant to our niche. Actively seek out community content creators, with a view to using their content or collaborating on content. Translate content (video and photography) from training sessions or events into visual masterpieces (This will be provided to you by the marketing team). Monitor and report on key metrics and use these to inform future strategy.

To qualify…
An understanding of paid social media (performance marketing) techniques and analytics; A creative mindset – the ability to come up with new and exciting ideas;
Excellent attention to detail - this person is the voice of the business, typos or bad grammar are not acceptable;
The ability to write good copy, and adapt the tone of voice / style depending on context;
Please provide examples of graphics, images or video you have created independently; Basic video and photography editing skills – using your preferred tools. Fantastic organisation / planning skills; An understanding of our audience – with the ability to communicate with different abilities; Flexibility to work in a small, fast-paced team;
