Expected duration: Ongoing I am looking for a long term provider to work with my team in processing data for our products. - We add a queue of products in Shopify that need to be checked and perfected ready for the website prior to saving. - Check the Title, reword it, improve it, clean it. - Check the Variants title is relevant. - Change Vendor to our company name. - Add supplier ID tag - Check each image for watermarks and logos, use online quick tool to edit them and clean them. Use the tool to remove non white background image so it is white where found. - Clean description of product to cover its generic use and features covering all variants. Get more descriptions from google if needed. - Make sure only one shipping from location variant is selected. - Do not enter duplicates - Flag products to admin that require splitting because they should not be variants, e.g. Not color or size variations, but different models of a product type, should be split instead of selling as a single product with variant.
Experience is needed with Web data entry and management. Training will be provided. Experience with Shopmaster is helpful.
We will already provide the products to work on. We expect that the provider will do 150-200 products a day per person in a full days work.
Too many mistakes will be penalised or asked for correction if not often.
Work price should be based on monthly cost for the work to process about 5000 products a month.
English must be a major language and you must have a good hold on it. Communication needs to be regular and continuous by Whatsapp and PPH.
