THE IDEA WOULD BE TO CREATE AN EXCEL WORKBOOK WITH 3 SHEETS: - FUNCTION SHEET -DASHBOARD SHEET - INTAKE DATA SHEET - RPRT FUNCTION SHEET --> CREATE A BUTTON --> ONCE USERS CLICK IT OPENS UP THE PDF FORM --> USERS ONCE COMPLETE IT AND SAVE IT --> IT SAVES IT INTO A DIGITAL FORM AS PDF ( AS NOW WE DO HAVE THIS FUNCTION) --> AT THE SAME TIME IT CREATES A RECORD LINES WITH SPECIFIC INFORMATION FIELDS COMPLETED FROM THE FORM ON THE INTAKE DATA SHEET. - RPRT SHEET--> ABILITY TO RUN RPRT ON HOW MANY RECORDS CREATED BASED ON VARIOUS PARAMETERS ( CLIENT ID, DATE RANGE, TIME RANGE ETC....)
