We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support the Group Director and Finance Director of a luxury leisure company. This home-based role will consist of ad-hoc administrative work with circa 10 hours a week.
The role will suit someone who has previous experience in a busy office environment and is adept to working to tight deadlines. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint is essential along with the technical know how to get used to using reservations and CRM systems.
Day to day tasks will include: - Transferring data into excel and compiling reports for shareholders - Data capture and use of mail merge to produce mass mail outs - Sourcing of imagery for new marketing campaigns - Competitor and supplier research through Google and other platforms to identify opportunities
We are looking for a friendly and out-going person with excellent communication skills and a very keen eye for detail. The role will foresee ably run for 3 to 6 months.
