Expected duration: Ongoing Hubear is a young and ambitious start-up which specializes in tech industry. More specifically, it is a mobile social/sports app which gives people the opportunity to gather and do sport activities together in their town. We are looking for a React Native and JavaScript Developer to help us deliver highly effective, maintainable user interfaces. You will have the opportunity to be mainly involved in extending and maintaining the existing React Native application.
Skills and Requirements The ideal candidate will be experienced in React Native application with rich user interfaces and single-page applications. We need someone who is confident enough with writing a front end application utilizing modern technologies such as React/Redux, as well as, Restful APIs. Demonstrable experience of modular design and good software engineering principles.
The role Working on the current product, as well as creating new content and ideas to implement. Some of the technologies that power Hubear: React and Redux - React Native - Websockets - Function and reactive programming - Node.js - Firebase - RabbitMQ - Kafka - Docker - Kubernetes. Experience with all these technologies is NOT a requirement, BUT a comprehensive understanding of the underlying concepts is expected. Candidates should also have: Willingness to provide support for production systems. Ability to work autonomously. Passion about technology in general. Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
