I have a database that is managed by Drupal8 CMS. I already created the user fields and able to expose to json or xml. I have other remote applications running on windows that save data in SQLite.
1. Checkin via QRcode or other means to open our URL for registration. Different location has different QRCode. I can create QRcode based on location, when company register their location.
2. User Sync - Check phone number, If not registered, someone register/create a user via our Drupal interface, it will sync/update to a local SQLite in almost real time. Otherwise just checkin.
3. Activity Sync - Local software also added others info based on activity, when it happen it will upload/update our remote/cloud MySQL maybe 5-10 mins after.
