We have a small but very urgent requirement for a simple content site to host our How-to videos. There are two types of videos, one for challenges that we provide after giving training courses. The other set of videos, are How-to videos that are grouped in two hierarchies. Against each videos, a document and relevant metadata will be provided that needs to be searchable. The UI/UX needs to be thought out and visually appealing.
We require two quotes based on scope. The requirement are clearly highlighted for Quote 1 and Quote 2 that includes all elements of Quote 1 plus additional features.

AWS Cognito - Signup, authenticate and sign-in
AWS S3 – website hosting, scripts and video files
Lambda – Python or Nodejs
Frontend – HTML5, CSS, Angular2 or AngularJS, etc to run simple e-learning website
