I am looking for a developer to make few changes and developments to front end of website we use for recruitment. I attach the list of the required changes/ development to this email. Could you please let me know the following:
1. What changes/ developments can be completed – I know that some bits of the website are hardcoded and it may not be possible to make the changes.
2. What would be your turnaround time
3. What is your proposed quote for this work to be completed

Platform specifications:
For the frontend (webpages) they use ember
For mobile they use React native
For our api they use Ruby on Rails 5
I have contacted couple of other developers and will evaluate their proposals before confirming the project.
