I need a full time online helpdesk operator to receive and answer tickets on our helpdesk. You should be english speaking and have experience in one or more of the following systems/scripts amember easy member pro Facebook groups & fan pages Hesk helpdesk system When not answering help tickets (you will not be required to speak to anyone over the phone) you will be busy link building and promoting our facebook fan page and other marketing activities. You can be anywhere in the world but you should specify when you apply your hourly rate but which hours you would prefer to work (this should be in your local time and GMT). I may employ more than 1 person but would prefer to employ as few as possible.
