I need a painting/illustration doing of a specific street scene, i'm not concerened as to whether the painting/illustration is acrylic, pencil, oil etc nor am i at this stage sold on any specific style, my style decision will be decided on portfolio examples.
The scene is simply that of a Father holding his daughters hand who is pulling a sledge (as in snow sledge). which a few onlookers. The background is simply east european style buildings.
